Raymond Turchin

Raymond L. Turchin graduated from California State University at Los Angeles with a major in microbiology and psychology. He attended Whittier College School of Law, graduating in 1978 and became a member of the California State Bar in 1979. After practicing as a defense attorney for five years defending doctors and hospitals against medical malpractice suits, Raymond opened his own firm, specializing in the defense of physicians, surgeons and hospitals. In 1990 he joined the firm of Zonni, Ginocchio & Taylor, representing employers in worker’s compensation actions. In 1995 he opened his own firm, specializing in the representation of injured workers in worker’s compensation cases and injured persons in medical malpractice actions.

Raymond’s educational background and lifelong interest in medicine, including taking hundreds of doctor depositions over the past 3 decades, has defined him as one of the most formidable lawyers in the worker’s compensation industry on disputed medical issues.
